Some exciting news I’ve been looking forward to sharing.
I’m now writing a monthly column for Happiful Magazine over the next five issues, and the first one went out in Issue 115 (October 1st) The Mind and Mystery Issue.

If you haven’t come across it before, Happiful is a magazine devoted to mental health and wellbeing, read by more than 145,000 people, with articles reviewed and approved by professionals working in the field. Their mission is to connect people with verified wellbeing professionals, and they talk about meaningful change beginning within, which is more or less what I find myself saying every week to someone sitting opposite me. So it felt like a natural home for what I do.
The column gives me a page each month to write about the things that come up again and again with clients, and the patterns sitting underneath many of the mental health issues I face. It’s really exciting being a contributor to such a great magazine, in spreading a positive and helpful message to bring a bit more inner peace into peoples lives.
The five issues:
- Issue 115, October – High-Functioning Anxiety and The Stress Bucket. Out now!
- Issue 116, November – Male Vulnerability. Out 1st November.
- Issue 117, December – Overthinking and The Loop of Doom. Out 1st December.
- Issue 118, January – Self-Acceptance. Out 1st January.
- Issue 119, February – Letting Go. Out 1st February.
I’ll update this page as each one is published, so if you want to follow along it’s worth coming back.
Where to read it
Happiful comes in print and digital. The digital version is free to subscribe to, and the print magazine is a monthly subscription that arrives at your door, with guided journaling pages you only get in print.
You can find both at happiful.com.
If you do read one, I’d be glad to know what you made of it.
