How I Work

I work with adults across the UK who are ready to stop managing the problem and start finding real freedom from it.

We begin with a free 30-minute consultation. There is no pressure and no commitment. It is simply a chance to talk through what is going on for you, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working together makes sense.

From there, I put together a treatment plan based on your individual case and recommend the level of support that fits best. I offer 1, 3, and 6 session options depending on the nature of the issue and the depth of change you want to create.

Most clients describe their first session as both calming and clarifying. It is not what they expected, and that tends to be a good thing.
