Step 1: Book Your Free Discovery Call

This free 45-minute call is an opportunity for us to briefly explore what is going on for you, what you would like help with, and whether hypnotherapy is the right fit for your needs.

Step 2: The Inner Freedom Method™

A structured eight-week journey out of chronic anxiety, combining hypnotherapy, counselling, and subconscious reprogramming to create change that actually lasts.

This is a process of lasting transformation, rather than one off sessions and is designed to give you the right balance of time and support to make lasting changes.

Step 3: The Sessions (60 minutes)

Over eight weeks, we move through the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and unresolved experiences that are driving your anxiety at the source.
Each week has a clear focus. Each session builds on the last. By the end, the change is yours, not something you are managing from the outside, but something that has genuinely shifted from within.
