Step 1: Book Your Free Initial Consultation (60 minutes)

Start your journey with a 60-minute consultation online via Zoom. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, your goals, and how hypnotherapy can help you create lasting change. You’ll also experience a gentle introduction to hypnosis and leave with a clear path forward.

⚠️ A £20 refundable deposit , which you’ll either get back if you decide not to have sessions, or will be deducted from your first therapy package.

Step 2: Select Your Package

After your Initial Consultation, I’ll recommend the package that best fits your needs and goals. You can then choose from a range of flexible options 1, 3, or 6 sessions.

Each package is designed to give you the right balance of time and support to make lasting changes. Whether you’re looking for short-term focus or a deeper, long-term transformation, we’ll create a plan that works for you.

Step 3: The Hypnotherapy Sessions (60 minutes)

Each 60-minute session builds on the last, following a structured yet flexible treatment plan tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll work step by step through your journey of transformation — releasing limitations, reprogramming unhelpful beliefs, and opening the door to new possibilities in your life.

Sessions may include a personalised audio recording to support your practice at home when necessary to deepen your progress between sessions.
